July 26, 2025 - Another Big Ol' Update + Pause for Now

Catching up on all the latest generations made in July.

I'll be taking a break from making content as VEO3 has cost me plenty to use. Hope to return in late August!

  1. Another amazing series of vids! You really need to tell me the prompts your using for some of these, not to copy but just get a feel for the language your using. I am TERRIBLE at getting the right prompt for these kinds of vid's, I'm much more adept at creating from images I create... I've been a bit busy irl as well. Will upload a couple of things to either Streamable or Vimeo soon to link here.

  2. Here’s an example prompt!

Photorealistic. A British female android with blonde hair wearing a red lace bra and red lace panties, and black stockings. Black serial numbers embedded in skin on legs and arms. Damage to legs and face. Sparks fly out from damage to chest. A small red light embedded in the skin of her temple. She runs her hand down her chest. Tired, the female android says in low deep voice “i-i’m shutting down, master. primary systems failing. goodbye, my friend.” she locks her eyes close to POV, before freezing in place and closing her eyes. wide angle view

  3. Well, here's Episode 2 of the Becka 907 Storyline titled "Saboteur". Its not perfect, but its as good as I could do for now - its VERY difficult to maintain perfect continuity of characters for something this long (30 minutes) but the more I messed with it the deeper the rabbit hole got lol. I hope someone enjoys it https://vimeo.com/1106926626/59a9c03a22?share=copy

    1. Just finished watching this, so good!!! I don’t know how you’re able to write up all these error messages and hard sci-fi dialogue, it’s crazy to hear this robot talk delivered in such a realistic way.

    2. I've been a sci fi fan my entire life, and I much prefer gritty "realism" and reality based concepts more than fantasy or goofiness. The Becka storyline is set in a grounded future setting, and as a former Infantryman, the Military stuff is just easy for me to nail. Over the last 2 years, I have learned a LOT about computing, robotics, and tech to try to keep the stories real, and I try to think about what WOULD a damaged or distressed SENTIENT AI say... and it just kinda' writes itself. Thanks, Man. Wait until you see the NEXT "episode"...

  4. Oh, and sorry if there are any issues with the sound levels, during editing and re-editing, some of the tracks got somewhat wonky...

  5. Here's another older video I did a bit back, its ok, a bit long but has some decent scenes and a bit of a story "Expired Warranty" https://vimeo.com/1051650583/b5dade44ac?share=copy

    1. I just wanted to say: I watched your content posted on Vimeo recently and it floored me. I've spent a long time privately trying to create written work for myself that explores similar themes, characters and relationships. Experiencing the content you've produced wasn't just entertaining. It was inspiring and affirming. Thank you for putting it out there.

    2. That's one of the most amazing compliments I have ever received. Seriously. I started dabbling in "writing" only about 3 years ago and then started playing with some of the available tools a couple of years ago because I wanted to bring some of my ideas "to life". The way things have progressed in only a couple of years has been amazing, but all the ideas, dialogue and even video "direction" is all manual. Having feedback like this makes it worth it and motivates me to do more. Thank you VERY much!

    3. Where's the best place to support and watch your latest work when it drops? Do you have a Patreon, etc.?

  6. Here's another short, "Beach Breakdown", total cliche "trope", but its still a classic scenario... https://vimeo.com/1107967958?share=copy

  7. I thought it would be... interesting to upload one of my first video's I ever made - its TERRIBLE now, but this was about where technology was 2 short years ago. It looks like 2000 era Video Game cutscenes and I had NO IDEA what I was doing, but this concept essentially led to my other series I was working on a while back, "Lucky 7", and then evolved into the Becka 907 vids I've been working on. Enjoy, or laugh... https://streamable.com/6llgs7

    1. Loved this and Beach Breakdown! I remember seeing it when you first published it, still wish they had been able to fix up Hana 😭

    2. I had fun making it but looking back... *cringe* - the vidcapped BSG stuff? The Expanse? The cardboard cutout looks? LOL. I just thought it would be funny to compare that from what we can do now...

    3. Don't be too hard on your own work. My advice? Use it as a yardstick to see how much you've developed your craft since you started.

  8. Episode 3 for Becka is in editing, I have another surprise or two, and a couple of more in the pipe. Be patient, fellas. I'm starting to really get the hang of this. Also, I had the house to myself this week so I figured I'd make hay while the sun shines... or, make videos while my wife and kids are in Georgia... lol
